Also needed to get quoted for potential renters insurance and within seconds she gave me a plethora of options based on multiple deductibles. I want to give a huge thank you to Matt for the amazing customer service he provided me. I was going through a financial hardship and had fallen behind on my car insurance payments. I was very worried about my policy being canceled, but Matt went above and beyond to help me work through the situation and get my payments up to date so I could keep my insurance active.
He was extremely polite, patient, understanding, and kind throughout the entire process. He never made me feel uncomfortable about my situation and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find a solution.
